Conversation Starters for Your Next Date Night
The reservation is made. Now you're thinking about the part nobody plans for: what you'll actually talk about once the menus are gone. You've had dates where the conversation drifted to work, then to the food, then to silence. This time you want a couple of questions in your back pocket so the night goes somewhere.
How to do it in DeepTalk
Load a pack before you leave
Open DeepTalk while you're getting ready and pick a date night pack. Skim the first few questions so you have one or two in your head and don't need your phone at the table.
Drop a question in naturally
When the conversation lulls, ask one. “Okay, random question” works fine as a lead-in. Telling them it came from an app usually gets a laugh and a better answer.
Let one question carry the night
If an answer surprises you, ask why. A single good question can fill the gap between appetizers and the walk home, so don't rush to the next one.
